Prototype Machining
As a precision prototype machining manufacturer, we keep the highest standards in finishing products details for our clients. Our customers include scientific, medical, automation, automotive, semiconductor, biotech, electronic and other Hi-Tech industrial companies.
SYD Precision is experienced with a variety of materials ranging from stainless steel, aluminum and engineering plastic. Our box-way fanuc-controller equipped CNC machine is suitable for plastic injection mold steel, such as P-20, H13, S-7.
Small Production Machining
Our new CNC machines are all equipped with 24-tool magazines, all the NC programs are posted into one main program with auto tool changes, thus our machine can work twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, if needed.
After machining processes, the critical dimensions are been measured and checked, to ensure each part meets our customer drawing specifications.
Lead time
We accept both prototype and small quantity jobs, minimum quantity for a purchase order is 1 pieces.
Short lead time are often available within 3 days, if the part does not need the surface finish treatment, such as anodizing treatment.
Standard lead time is 1-2 weeks.
